The main aim of the course is to provide essential knowledge of ecotourism and its allied services, like nature trails, eco-tours, interpretation and forest experiences for forest and tribal community youth. Discovering Campus Biodiversity with iNaturalist — A Course for Campus Biodiversity Register Participants
Welcome! The Campus Biodiversity Register (CBR) brings students together across colleges in India to document the plants, animals, and other living things found on their own campuses. CBR relies on a few different platforms to do this, and this course focuses on one of them: iNaturalist.
You don't need any background in biology or science to take this course, just a bit of curiosity and a willingness to look a little closer at the world around you. We'll start with the basic idea behind citizen science and how it connects to CBR, then get you comfortable actually using iNaturalist, from setting up your account to making your first observation.
